Opening of the Anti-Bolshevik Exhibition in the Reichstag
On November 6, 1937, the day Italy joined the Anti-Comintern Pact, an Anti-Bolshevik Exhibition entitled Bolshevism without a Mask was opened in the Reichstag in Berlin. The picture shows a room of the exhibition in which the Berlin-Rome axis was visually represented. Looking at the line between the two capitals of Rome (with the fascist symbol Fascis) and Berlin (with the Nazi symbol Swastika) is the head of the Italian section of the exhibition, General Alessandro Melchiori (left) and Gaupropaganda director of Berlin, Werner Wachter (right). On the wall there are two versions of a slogan: One does not get to Berlin (respectively Rome) Under disregard of Rome (r. Berlin) or against Rome (r. Berlin)
