Sir Oswald Mosley leaves his house with his wife Cynthia, London. The picture originated after Mosley's election to the British House of Commons in 1918. Mosley was from 1918 to 1931, first for the Conservatives, then for Labour, member of the House of Commons, in 1929/1930 even minister in the Labour government. In 1931 he initially founded the first socialist party, in 1932 a fascist party (British Union of Fascists), which he chaired until his detention in 1940
