The last page of the protocol with which the French-American negotiations over the Hoover Plan were concluded after 14 days in Paris. The document concluded with the words: France reserves the right, to require the inviolable guarantee.from the German government concerning the use of the loan granted to Germany for exclusively economic purposes. The protocol is signed with the initials of the participants of the closing conference.
