At the Palace of Justice in Locarno, where were held the negotiations during the conference in Locarno, hang the flags of the participating nations. At the conference of Locarno on a security agreement in Europe waived Germany, France and Belgium through a violent change their common borders. The German eastern border is not affected. Germany also has a guarantee of admission to the League of Nations and a permanent Council seat
