Along the East-West Axis in Berlin (today: Unter den Linden - Strasse des 17. Juni - Ernst-Reuter-Platz - Bismarckstrasse) was held a parade in honor of the visit of Prince Paul of Yugoslavia on 02.06.1939. At that time Prince Paul was regent of Yugoslavia, as King Peter II was still underaged and was invited by Hitler to spend nine days in Berlin. This is the last parade held before the outbreak of World War II. The picture shows marching paratroopers
