Some participants of the National Crime Commission Conference present pump guns, pistols and machine guns, which were confiscated by the police in the fight against gangsters. The conference takes place in the Union League Club in Chicago. From left: the former Minister of Justice of Massachusetts J. Weston Allen, the former Secretary of War Newton D.
