A plaque above the door of cell No. 7 in the fortress of Landsberg am Lech showed that cell than that in which Adolf Hitler had been held after the failed coup of November 1923. The panel was created by a party member of the NSDAP, Heinlein. As the table shows, Hitler's detention played a role in the stylization of the person of the Fuehrer
