Release of prisoners in the Dachau Concentration
After the Reichstag election victory in November 1933, the Nazi government ordered the release of of about 6, 000 political prisoners from the concentration camps as part of a Gnadenaktion (act of mercy) at Christmas. Here, the amnestied men sign their discharge papers in the presence of the guards Dachau Concentration Camp
