This Dutch engraving shows the interest of foreign countries in the French Revolution. On the right is King Louis XVI and next to him his recalled Minister of Finance Jacques Necker. Behind the King is the hopefully waiting National Assembly. The bad counselors rush on the right. A poem glorifies these events
