Ribbentrop and Urbsys sign the German-Lithuanian treaty

Signing of the German-Lithuanian State Treaty on 23 March 1939 in the Foreign Office in Berlin. The contract regulated the return of the Memelland to Germany, which was occupied by Lithuania in 1923 due to the strong Lithuanian minority.
