Riots in Karlsbad, 1938
After an emergency rally of the Sudeten German Party and the executive boards of the trade and industry cooperatives, there were riots between the Sudetenland and the Czechoslovak police. Measures were requested to increase the spa visitors in Karlsbad (today Karlovy Vary). Since the seizure of power by the National Socialists in Germany, the conflicts between the Sudeten German minority and the Czechoslovaks had intensified
