Russian emigrants in Manchuria, 1936
Russian emigrants in Manchuria during a demonstration on the occasion of the signing of the Anti-Comintern Pact between Japan and Russia. They are probably supporters of the Russian Fascist Party, which had its main base in the Far East. The text says (roughly): Long live the anti-communist agreement between Japan and Germany. The fight against communism is a common cause. Everybody should fight the global evil, communism
