Following the dispersion of the parliament by the Red Army under Lenin on January 18, 1918, a small part of the first democratic parliament in Russia who had emigrated to Paris founded a Russian rump parliament. Here is a picture of a meeting in February 1921; in the background is the presidium: 1. Konovalov, 2. Alesentie and 3. Minor
