Saarbruecken Conference of the VDA at Rhein & Mosel, 1934

During the VDA conference at the Rhine and Moselle, a parade is taking place in the streets of Trier. Children from the Saarland illustrate the Saar government's ban on singing songs in public streets and squares with banners and posters and a gag around the mouth. The sign in front says: Government Commission of the Saar region... the singing of songs of all kinds is forbidden for schools of the Saar region in streets and public places! On the sign behind: The Warndt is loyal
