Scene from the propaganda film Soldier Comrades showing a joyous welcome of furloughed soldiers by their girlfriends. The actors are Herti Kirchner, Franz Nicklisch and Franz Zimmermann. The film was commissioned by the Propaganda Ministry on the occasion of the re-introduction of general conscription in the fall of 1935 and was intended to point out the benefits of military life.
