Service of the steel helmet with oath of allegiance on Adolf
In 1935, the Saar area comes back to the German Reich after the referendum (90.7% for Germany). On this occasion, the steel helmet organizes in Saarbrucken a morning church service at the Waldhaus. During this service, the federal leader, Reich labor minister Franz Seldte, swears in the Saar steel helmets on Adolf Hitler. At the flag, with raised hand for the oath is the national leader of the Saar Altenburg, to the right is federal leader Franz Seldte. In the background to the right is the priest in long robes
