Sir Hardy, Thomas und Lord Hailsham (Douglas McGarel Hogg.), British ministers, are leaving the Houses of Parliament in Dublin where they met Eamon de Valera the new Prime Minister of the Free State of Ireland to negotiate the legal relation of the two countries. De Valera intends to nullify the oath of allegiance that Ireland swore to the King of England and to deny the conventional amount of taxes paid to Great Britain
