Sir Roger Casement in Berlin, 1915

The Irish independence fighter Sir Roger Casement (right) during his stay in Berlin. In April 1916 he was taken to Ireland by a German submarine to take part in the Irish uprising. After the failure of the uprising he was captured by the English and hanged in London on August 3, 1916
