Slovakian Minister of Defence laying a wreath in Berlin
On Thursday afternoon, August 22, 1940, the Slovak Minister of Defense Ferdinand Catlos (front row, 2nd from right) laid a wreath in Berlin at the memorial Unter den Linden. To the left of Catlos is the city commander of Berlin Ernst Seifert (with officer's sword), to the right of Catlos is the Slovakian envoy in Berlin Matus Cernak (in civilian clothes). Only the latter does not show the Hitler salute
