Soldiers lay marking panels during a maneuver in the 30s
Soldiers of a signal battalion of the Wehrmacht lay marking panels, to mark the spot where messages are to be dropped. The helmet bands were used to identify the belonging of soldiers to one of the two maneuver groups. Date created: 01.01.1933-31.12.1939
