This photograph by Friedrich Albert Schwartz shows the west side of Spittelmarkt with the Spittelkirche in Berlin-Mitte in 1868. The steeple of the church has already been dismantled, a few years later the whole church was demolished to make room for tram tracks. On the left is a shop with Mobel Spiegel Polster Waaren
