St. Annakolleg in Augsburg during a Protestant sermon, 1648

The copperplate engraving by Conrad Meyer and Raphael Custos from 1648 shows the view of St. Anna's College from the south. The preacher is standing at the window on the left of the picture, the congregation is sitting or standing in front of him. The text shown is taken from another similar engraving of 1635 and does not quite match the illustration. From 1635 to 1646, the Protestant population had to make do only with St. Anna's College as a place of worship
