Standstill negotiations in Berlin, 1931

Participants of the Standstill negotiations get out of a car which will be held in the Reichsbank. Before that a protocol was signed on the Hoover moratorium at an expert's conference in London. The reparations payments of the German Reich are suspended for one year. In the Standstill Agreements of 19 August 1931 the foreign creditors obliged themselves to respite the short-term loans (standstill credits) granted to German banks and companies
