Streetcar in front of the Brandenburg Gate, 1934
Because of the constantly growing traffic in the capital city of the Reich, it was necessary to take the streetcars out of service. On October 31, 1934 streetcar line 78 (here: heading towards Hackescher Markt) traveled for the last time on Charlottenburger Chaussee. The route will be taken over by a bus, while line 75 will travel over the streets of Alt-Moabit
