Call to strike in the USA, 1931
Sophie Melvin takes Edith Berkman's place as Red flame (sign of the communist uprising), as she has been arrested twice in the last two months. Melvin speaks to the workers who broke the strike to motivate them to strike again. The strike, which involves 25, 000 workers, was called because salaries were to be cut by 10 percent. The assembly at which Melvin is speaking was dissolved by the police a shortly afterwards
