Text for an anti-Semitic caricature, 1892

The accompanying text to Bismarck kommt! ('Bismarck is coming!'), the first edition of the anti-Semitic cartoon series, politischer Bilderbogen ('political illustrated broadsheet') This text is intended to warn the German people against the Jewish conspiracy. The Jews are accused of having already taken all valuables with them when they left Egypt and that the Talmud offers them the right to proliferate. Some Jews, sympathizers and their infamous deeds are presented using strong anti-Semitic resentments, like Bleichroeder or Liepmann. It is further written that the German people would be miserable if the Jews were doing well, which is why the German people should liberate themselves from the Jews
