Town Hall Tower of Gdansk, 1939
View of the tower of the Town Hall of the Main City and the Long Market of Gdansk, seen from the Church of St. Mary. Already at the end of the 13th century there was a precursor, the tower was built from 1486 to 1488 by Heinrich Hetzel. The Main City is the real old town of Gdansk, as it is older than the old town. The district is today the actual city center
