In an elementary school in Berlin-Neukoelln, a man of the NSKK-Motorstandarte 31 explains to pupils a frequent case of misconduct on a model. A horse-drawn carriage, which wants to turn into the first street leaving the square, tries to go around the square on the left in an illegal way and shorten the way. This leads to a dangerous traffic jam
