Traffic light in Berlin-Charlottenburg 1931
In Berlin-Charlottenburg traffic lights with an indicator have been installed on some of the intersections, here shown on the corner of Wilmersdorfer street and Kantstrasse. The indicator moves for 60 seconds over the red and green sections on the light. By this way the light shows whether drivers and pedestrians must stop or have the right of way or the right to cross the street, respectively
