Traffic light and radio reporter at an intersection in Berli

The reporter on the car at the corner of Wilmersdorfer Strasse and Kantstrasse in Berlin reports on the new traffic light, which has been installed over the intersection. The light hangs in the middle of the intersection and has only a red and green section. It has no more continuous indicator, which had proved unhelpful on earlier traffic lights
