Transfer of the body of Carin Goering to Carinhall, 1934
In 1934, the body of Carin Goering (nee Freiin von Fock, died 1931) was transferred from Sweden to Germany to Hermann Goring's country estate, called Carinhall, to be buried in a tomb there. The picture, taken in front of a Reichsbahn building, shows the company of relatives who took part in the ceremonial transfer, among them the husband of the deceased, Hermann Goering (center of the picture), as well as Prince August Wilhelm of Prussia (right behind, in SA uniform of a group leader)
