View of the old town of Passau, 1907
The view in 1907 from the Veste Oberhaus is of the peninsula between the Danube (front) and the Inn (back), on which the old town of Passau lies. The Marienbrucke to the church of St. Gertraud (far left) and the Kaiserin-Elisabeth-Brucke for the railway lead across the Inn. In the old town stands the cathedral St. Stephan (center of the picture), to the left of it the New Prince Bishop's Residence. On the right side of the hill the chimney of the Lowenbrauerei Passau smokes
