Election workers of the Communist and Social-Democratic parties are standing in front of a polling station in the constituency nr. 8 in the last free elections of Gdansk. Although the election results recorded an election victory for the National Socialists, they did not obtain a two-thirds majority, and their planned coordination of Gdansk could not be completed
