Vyacheslav Molotov, 1939
Molotov was the head of the Soviet government from 1930 to 1941, but he became known especially for his role as Soviet foreign minister and companion of Stalin. He was one of Stalin's closest confidants and a long-time member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Soviet Union
