Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York
The old Waldorf Astoria at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and 33rd Street in New York. The famous hotel was torn down in 1929, in order to make space for the Empire State Building. It was re-opened in 1931 on Park Avenue
