Walhalla railway in Regensburg, 1936

In former times a narrow-gauge railway led from the main street of the Regensburg district Stadtamhof (in the picture) to the Walhalla memorial. On the left in the shopping street is the Marien-Apotheke'. In the background, passers-by are walking towards the Steinerne Brucke (Stone Bridge), which leads into the old town of Regensburg with the cathedral, which is currently being renovated
