The photograph shows the F. W. Borchardt-Haus at Leipziger Strasse 25 in Berlin-Mitte. This building was previously used by the Weinhaus Kempinski, whose Jewish owners emigrated after the National Socialists seized power. The building became the property of the Aryans'. To the left is the store of the jeweler F. J. Schroeder. Undated photo, taken around 1935
