Robots maintain a forgotten colony
When man first learned the secrets of deep space travel, he more or less colonized every world he came across. In time this novelty wore off when it was realized it wasn't cost effective. Some colonies were maintained by three resident robots until they just stopped working, and in time the colony became forgotten
