Alexander Skrinsky
NOVOSIBIRSK, USSR. August 4, 1982. Lenin prize winner, Director of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Siberian branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences, member of the USSR Academy of Sciences Alexander Skrinsky is the author of several theoretical and experimental studies on the beam-beam interaction and stability, polarized particles obtaining in accumulators, the development of the method of electron cooling and the use of synchrotron radiation.
