Church of the Savior in Abramtsevo Artistic and
Moscow Region, Russia. A photo of the Church of the Savior at the Abramtsevo Artistic and Literary Museum-Reserve established 75 years ago. The church was designed by Viktor Vasnetsov in the 1881-1882s. Artists V.Polenov, I.Repin and other members of the Abramtsevo Artists Colony, established by Savva Mamontov in 1872, also contributed to the interior of the church. Today the State Artistic and Literary Museum-Reserve Abramtsevo houses permanent exhibitions devoted to the Russian culture of the 19th and 20th centuries. Igor Zotin/ITAR-TASS
