Ambassadors of the CIS countries [Commonwealth of Independent States] lay a wreath at the People's Tragedy sculptural group by Georgian sculptor Zurab Tsereteli erected in 1996 as a part of the WWII memorial complex in the Victory Park [Park Pobedy] on the Poklonnaya Hill to commemorate the victory over Nazi Germany in 1945.
