Fort ?King Frederick William 3rd? in Kaliningrad, 1995

Kaliningrad, Russia. Fort ?5 is one out of the 15 fortresses built around the city of Konigsberg at the end of the 19th century. On April 6th 1945 the assault troop of the 43rd Army approached the fort and blocked it. After that the fortress was captured by the Soviet Army. Sergei Metelitsa/ITAR-TASS
