Moscow, Russia. A Peter the Great statue near Serebryany Prudy [Silver Ponds] in Izmaylovsky Park has been designed by sculptor Lev Kerbel and erected by architect Georgy Lebedev. The current area of the park used to be the official countryside residence of tsar Aleksey Mikhailovich Romanov of Russia where his son, Peter the Great, used to play war games.
