Greenland. Pictured in this photograph are Greenland's ice cliffs which turn blue-green in the sunlight. Greenland is an autonomous country within the Danish Realm. With the ice sheet of 2, 400 km it is the one of the two uninhabited ice sheets that currently exist on the Earth. The Inuit are the only indigenous peoples who settled down in the southern regions of the island.
