Nizhny Novgorod, Pictured in the photo is a phone over which USSR General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev informed Andrei Sakharov that he could return to Moscow, at the house museum of Andrei Sakharov. Russia. Russian academician Andrei Sakharov was in exile in Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod) from 22 January 1980 to 16 December 1986. In the early 1990s a museum was opened in a house where he lived.
