Relay in honour of 30th Victory anniversary
PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, KAMCHATKA KRAY, USSR. June 18, 1975. Arrival of the relay along the USSR borders, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (the Eastern Front of World War II) in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The relay started on March 29, on the island of Ratmanov in the Bering Strait and ended on the day of the 30th anniversary of the Victory in Red Square in Moscow. Igor Vainshtein/TASS
