Moscow, Russia. Russian Minister of Defence Pavel Grachev (R) congratulates WWII hero Alexey Maresyev on his 80th birthday at the Central House of the Russian Army. Maresyev, a Soviet fighter ace, returned to the frontline as a fighter pilot after losing both of his legs due to an injury and fought to the end of the war.
