Bryansk Region, Soviet Union. Karp Kruglikov, one of the few residents left so far in the local village of Svyatsk within the Chernobyl evacuation zone. Svyatsk used to be the large and well-off Old Believers village numbering some 700 residents most of which had to leave after the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
