Moscow Region, Russia. Pictured in this image is Soviet sculptor Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Klykov, President of the International Fund for Slavic Literature and Culture, member of the Russian Academy of Arts, public and political figure, Klykov is the author of the two Podolsk monuments to Nicholas II of Russia, the last Russian Emperor. The first one made of gypsum was unveiled in 1998 in Podolsk, but later on was destroyed by radicals. The second one of the same model made of bronze was unveiled in January 1999.
