Sensational document, 1997
Moscow, Russia. A photo copy of the document stating that Iosif Stalin was recruited by the tsar guard in 1906 and up to the moment when he became a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1910 had been providing the Russian gendarmerie with important intelligence information. The photo copy was accidentely discovered by researcher, publicist and professor of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering Yuri Khechinov in Tolstoy Foundation located at Valley Cottage not far from New York.
